Front lamp mould adopts inclined top institutions; including upper plate and lower plate, then the upper plate connect with fix plate, mould leg installed on the lower plate, mould leg set with ejector plate, ejector plate connect with ejector rob, move plate installed in the mould leg, then move insert installed on move plate, move insert, move plate and fix plate made up of cavities. In the cavities, there will have front lamp base molding here. In the front lamp mould interior wall, we will design inclined undercut in it. According to this structure, installed the inclined holder under the move plate, inclined holder and inclined undercut will work in agreement angle; and ejector plate and ejector rob set in inclined holder, inclined ejector rob through move plate and move insert, touch with pedestal. Working with this design, the mould movement will be more stable, reliable; mould structure more sample; cost of investment more economize.
Front lamp mould manufacture control the quality very strict. Before we put the moulds in the precise milling machines, there is one dimension inspection after the precision machining before it taking for assembling; there is dimension inspection according to the printing drawing. All the dimensions must meet with drawing tolerances. All the CNC milling will be 2 or 3 stages rough to half precise then to precise milling. We use normal machine for rough milling, use new and high speed machine for final precise milling.
